Frizský kôň Frízske kone nie je potrebné nejako špeciálne predstavovať. Svojim zjavom, vranou farbou, dlhými štetinami a chvostom sú ľahko identifikovateľné nielen medzi odbornou, ale aj laickou verejnosťou. Čo sa však o frízskych koňoch vie naozaj? Informácie o ich pôvode, ktoré sú pre verejnosť k dispozícii, pochádzajú z konca minulého storočia. Vývoj zasiahol aj frízske kone, preto mi dovoľte informovať Vás stručne o minulosti a súčasných trendoch v chove frízskych koní. História frízskych koní V minulosti slúžili frízske kone ako vojenské a pracovné kone. Pri vojenských ťaženiach dochádzalo často ku kríženiu, a tak krížením frízskych žrebcov s anglickými koňmi vznikli plemená ako fellský pony a shireský kôň. V priebehu storočí sa v dobových obrazoch objavujú rytieri na koňoch podobných frízom. Prvá písomná zmienka s označením frízsky kôň pochádza z roku 1544. Najväčšou celebritou v tomto období bol frízsky žrebec Phryso. Jeho majiteľom bol generál a vojvodca Don Juan de Austria. V priebehu 17. storočia možno mnohé frízske kone vidieť v drezúrnych školách „haute ecole“, z čoho vychádza i pomenovanie barokové plemeno. V 18. – 19. storočí sa využitie plemena lokalizovalo na holandskú provinciu Frízsko. V 19. storočí bola prítomnosť tohto plemena v maštaliach známkou majiteľovho majetku. Dvojzáprah frízskych koní zapriahnutých v typickom dvojkolesovom voze nazývanom „sjees“ bol neoddeliteľnou súčasťou cesty bohatých farmárov na nedeľné bohoslužby. Z ďalších atrakcií boli klusácke preteky na neosedlaných koňoch. Začiatkom 20. storočia nastáva v chove frízskych koní prvé „obdobie temna“. Frízske kone boli krížené s ťažkými teplokrvníkmi. Nie všetkým farmárom bol osud frízskych koní ľahostajný a tak už 1. 5. 1879 bola v pohostinstve „De Drie Romers“ založená oficiálna plemenná kniha frízskeho koňa „Het Friesch Paarden Stamboek“. Chovný cieľ bol jednoduchý. Frízsky kôň musí byť čierny bez odznakov. Musí mať dlhú a hustú hrivu, chvost a štetiny. Zástupcovia plemennej knihy chodili po vidieku a hľadali čistokrvné jedince zodpovedajúce tomuto štandardu. I napriek tomu začal počet čistokrvných zvierat drasticky klesať. V roku 1913 zostali v plemennej knihe len tri staršie žrebce. V tomto období stratil frízsky kôň v dôsledku kríženia s ťažkými chladnokrvníkmi svoju ľahkosť. V súčasnosti sa chovný cieľ usiluje vrátiť frízskym koňom ľahkosť a dlhé línie. Druhá kríza nastala pre frízske kone začiatkom 60-tych rokov minulého storočia v dôsledku mechanizácie poľnohospodárstva. V roku 1965 zostalo v plemennej knihe len 500 kobýl. Znovu sa však ukázala národná hrdosť Frízov. Nadšením im vlastným bojovali za svoje plemeno. V súčasnosti ho nájdeme snáď okrem Antarktídy na všetkých kontinentoch. V plemennej knihe je evidovaných okolo 40 000 koní. Ročne sa registruje 7 000 žriebät. Typy frízskych koní Frízske kone sa chovajú v dvoch typoch: Ťažký barokový typ Ľahký s dlhými líniami V chovnom cieli je zakotvená univerzálnosť frízskych koní. Takmer všetky plemenné žrebce uchovnené v poslednom období sú zástupcovia ľahkého typu. Zástancovia staršieho ťažkého typu sú na okraji záujmu pre „nemodernosť“ svojich frízov. Línie Väčšina súčasných frízskych koní patrí do jednej z troch línií, ktoré všetky vedú spätne k žrebcovi Nemo 51 (nar. 1. 1. 1885). Zakladateľmi línií sú žrebce: Age (nar. 14. 4. 1942), Ritske (nar. 4. 5. 1955) a Tetman (nar. 20. 5. 1956). Najpočetnejšou líniou je línia Tetman, ktorá sa v súčasnosti člení na dve vetvy – línia Jarich (nar. 16. 3. 1964) a línia Mark (nar. 17. 4. 1964). Exteriér Pri šľachtení frízskych koní zohráva dôležitú úlohu hodnotenie exteriéru. Hodnotenie exteriéru je podmienkou pre zápis kobyly do hlavnej plemennej knihy. Zohráva taktiež dôležitú úlohu pri zápise žrebcov do plemenných kníh. Pri hodnotení sa ako jediná miera berie výška na kohútiku palicová. Veľmi dôležité sú hodnotenia dĺžky zadnej časti koňa, uhly končatín, postavenie lopatky a ďalšie telesné znaky. Chov frízov v ČR a SR Dovoz frízskych koní do oboch krajín bol realizovaný približne v rovnakom období po vzniku samostatných republík. Prvé dovozy boli pre neznalosť vo väčšine nekvalitné a značne predražené. Populácia frízskych koní v ČR sa pohybuje na úrovni 500 ks. (V SR je evidovaných v CE koní do 30 jedincov.) Asociácia KFPS Asociácia KFPS (Asociácia spravujúca frízsku plemennú knihu) združuje viac ako 13 000 členov na celom svete. Mimo Holandska chránia záujmy plemennej knihy zahraničné asociácie, ktoré sa zaviazali dodržiavať pravidlá chovu a registrácie zhodné s pravidlami materskej PK. Zástupcom ČR a SR je občianske združenie Czech & Slovak Frieslan Horse Organization. Toto združenie zabezpečuje všetky administratívne úkony a registráciu koní v rámci oboch republík. Zvody Zvody sú pre majiteľov frízskych koní porovnateľné so súťažou krásy. Samotnému zvodu predchádza niekoľkomesačná príprava. Pre prípravu koní na predvádzanie neexistujú žiadne pravidlá. Základom pri predvádzaní a samotnom hodnotení komisiou je dokonalá kondícia, osvalenie, dobrý výživný stav. Predvádza sa spravidla na bielej uzdičke bez nánosníka. Najskôr sa kôň posudzuje v základnom zootechnickom postoji, následne v kroku a kluse. Milovníci frízskych koní mali možnosť toto nádherné plemeno vidieť pri hodnotení 3. 10. 2009 v Chomutove a 4. 10. 2009 v Čeladnej. Shetlandský pony Pôvod a história Fjordský kôň Fjordský kôň je úplne pôvodnej škandinávske plemeno a navyše známe ako "kôň Vikingov". Rytina kone podobná fjordskému koni bola totiž nájdená na slávnych runových kameňoch z 8. storočia av 9. storočí sa fjordský kôň, pravdepodobne s Vikingami, dostal na Island, kde ovplyvnil známeho islandského ponyho. Vikingovia používali fjordy ako vojnové kone pri svojich ťaženiach, ale aj pre neslávne preslávené konské zápasy, ktoré mávali vždy veľmi tvrdý priebeh a často končili smrťou porazeného. Kone, ktorí zápasy prežili, boli podľa Vikingov ti najkvalitnejšie žrebce. Waleský ponyPlemená koňov
Shetlandský pony je pomenovaný po Shetlandských ostrovoch vzdialených asi 160 km na severovýchod od Škótska, ležiacich na rovnakej severnej dĺžky ako Grónsko. Nepriaznivé severské podmienky a nekvalitné pastva tak dali vzniknúť veľmi odolnému plemenu.
Pôvod shetlandskej ponyho je neznámy, isté je len to, že je na Shetlandských ostrovoch chovaný už po mnohé stáročia, možno už od doby bronzovej.
Popis plemena
Shetlandský pony je najmenší zo všetkých britských plemien.Postavou je malý, ale veľmi silný - relatívne jeden z najsilnejších koní sveta vzhľadom k svojej veľkosti (unesie v sedle pokojne i dospelého muža). Cenenou ochranou proti nepriazni počasia je jeho bohatá hriva, chvost a tiež srsť, ktorá v zime narastá dvojnásobne hustá.
Farba - základná sfarbenie je vrán, bežní sú aj hnedáci, ryšiaci a beluši povolené sú tiež strakáčmi.
Výška v kohútiku - v priemere okolo 102 cm; minishetland do 86 cm.
Stavba tela - robustný, malý, zavalitý pony, malá hlava; široké čelo, tmavé oči, osobitý výraz, malé uši, široká huba s otvorenými nozdrami, mohutné, pomerne šikmé plecia, krátky chrbát, svalnaté bedrá, široká, silná zadok; tvrdá, dobre modelovaná kopyta; bohatá hriva aj chvost; hustá srsť.
Môžu byť tvrdohlaví, ale sú inteligentné a reagujú na správne vedenie. Ich chody sú voľné a rovné s charakteristickou vysokou akciou.
Chov a využitie
Tento koník sa vyváža do celého sveta. Zrejme najviac sa ich chová v Holandsku, aj keď veľmi početné chovy s vlastnými plemennými knihami nájdeme v USA, Kanade i ostatných európskych krajinách. Využíva sa aj ku kríženiu. V Severnej Amerike ovplyvnil spoločne s Hackney pony vznik amerického Shetland, as appaloosa zase vývoj amerického ponyho. V Argentíne sa Shetland podieľal na vzniku miniatúrneho plemena Falabella.
Shetlandští ponyové v minulosti slúžili ako soumar, sťahovavé a banské kone. V dnešnej dobe našli svoje uplatnenie v záprahu, alebo ako jazdecké ponyové pre deti. Môžeme ich však vidieť aj v cirkusoch, verejných parkoch, či zoologických záhradách.
Zaujímavosti
Dopyt po týchto poníkoch vzrástla najmä po roku 1847, kedy bola výnosom zakázaná práce žien a detí v uhoľných baniach.Shetland sa tak začali využívať ako banské kone, špeciálne pre tieto účely sa začali šľachtiť, vedľa normálneho typu, i kone väčšie a hrubšie.
Pôvodne sa fjordy správali predovšetkým na západe Nórska pri pobreží, ktoré je známe svojou malebnou krajinou s vyhlásenými fjordy - podľa nich je kôň pomenovaný. Toto plemeno je pravdepodobne predchodcom väčšiny európskych chladnokrvných koní
V minulosti bol niekoľkokrát zmenený názov plemena, môžeme sa teda stretnúť napríklad s pomenovaním "nordfjordhest" či "vestlandhest". Na rozdiel od názvu je vzhľad koňa rovnaký už po stáročia - jedná sa jedno z najstarších a najčistejších plemien v Európe. Archeologické nálezy dokazujú, že bol fjord domestikovaná už okolo roku 2 000 pred naším letopočtom. Nie je teda divu, že ho Nóri považujú za symbol krajiny, podobne ako my naše kone Kladrubský, či Rakúšania svoje Lipický kôň. Je však viac než pravdepodobné, že kôň má svoj pôvod v strednej Ázii - túto domnienku priživuje veľmi výrazná podoba s divokým koňom Przewalského.
Teraz je chov rozšíril po celej Škandinávii, Veľkej Británii a Nemecku. V Českej republike došlo k skríženia fjordského kone s huculom a títo kone sa u nás správajú aj v dnešnej dobe.
Popis a charakteristika
Jedná sa o kone silného, otužilého, nenáročného a tvrdého. Jeho povaha je mierna, ale aj tvrdohlavá. Vyniká istým krokom, ľahko a neúnavne prekonáva veľké vzdialenosti a to všetko s minimálnym prídelom potravy. Je najšťastnejší, keď je chovaný vo svojom prirodzenom prostredí, teda na voľné pastve. Kone sa teší pevnému zdraviu a dlhovekosti.
Fjordský kôň má mnohé znaky ponyho, ale je vyššia. Hlava je malá, úplne typická pre poníky. Krk je silný a svalnatý, obzvlášť vyniká pri strihu hrivy. Hriva je vzpriamená, hrubá a rovnako ako chvost má striebristú farbu s čiernymi pruhmi, napokon aj preto sa hriva zastriháva - aby pruhy vynikli. Tmavé vlásie uprostred by mali prečnievať nad svetlými, tmavé sa teda zastrihujú do výšky 10tich cm a svetlé by mali byť kratšie. Nohy sú kratšie a silné - môžeme uvidieť i tmavé zebrovanie s rousy.Kopytá sú veľmi tvrdá, čo je pamiatka na ťažký terén škandinávskeho pobrežia. Srsť je zafarbená rôznymi odtieňmi plavé po výrazne žltú a od čela až po chvost sa tiahne čierny úhorí pruh - preto fjord toľko pripomína pôvodného divokého koňa Przewalského. Je v podstate jediným domestikovanými plemenom, ktoré si uchovalo pôvodné divoké sfarbenie.Najrozšírenejším sfarbením je hnedý plavák. Srsť je veľmi hustá, prispôsobená tvrdým nórskym zimy. Kohútiková výška dospelých koní býva 130 - 147 cm, ale predkovia bývali nižšia.
Využitie
Fjord je veľmi všestranný kôň, ktorý sa rýchlo učí. Dnes sú najviac používané v poľnohospodárstve av Českej republike hlavne v lesníctve pri približovaní dreva. Keďže majú tiež výborný orientačný zmysel a netrpia strachom z prírodných prekážok, používajú sa ako jazdecké kone pre agroturistiku, aj keď majú tvrdšie klus. Dobrých výsledkov dosahuje vďaka svojej obratnosti tiež vo vozatajských súťažiach. Vďaka ich povahe sú tiež veľmi obľúbení ako jazdecké rodinní kone.
V poslednej dobe sa chov fjordov rozšíril z Európy do celého sveta. V Nórsku, na západnom pobreží Vestenlanden je stále fjordský kôň chovaný polodivokým spôsobom.
Podľa Európskeho dohovoru získalo Nórsko zodpovednosť za chov, ochranu a rozvoj fjordského koňa. Nórski chovatelia si dali za cieľ, že by radi zachovali všestrannosť a charakter plemena, ktorý sa po stáročia príliš nezmenil.
Zaujímavosť
Obyvatelia Škandinávie si už po stáročia odovzdávajú vikingskou legendu o Slapenirovi. Slapenir bol fjordský žrebec, ktorý patril vládcovi bohov - Odinovi. Keď je Slapenir oddýchnutý av pokoji nosí svojho pána po oblohe - vonku je krásne a slnečné počasie. Ak sa ale žrebec vzpína a má zanovití a spurnú náladu, povedať a bije kopytami do zeme - vonku zúri búrka a blesky vraj nie sú nič iného, než iskry od žrebcových podkov ...
Pôvod a história
Pôvodným domovom waleského poníka je drsná oblasť Walese vo Veľkej Británii. Obzvlášť v horách sú náročné podmienky - kruté zimy, minimálne vegetácie. Tento kraj vychoval z waleských poníkov neobyčajne odolné a nenáročné kone schopné prežiť aj v tvrdých podmienkach.
Niekoľkokrát v histórii bola existencia týchto poníkov vážne ohrozená - napríklad keď na príkaz panovníka Henricha VII.mali byť všetci kone menšie pätnástich päsťou zabití. Prežila len hŕstka vysoko v nedostupných horách.
Postupne si ich ale ľudia začali viac všímať a využívať ich k najrôznejším prácam - v baniach, na farmách, v ľahkej záprahu, slúžili aj ako kone poštové. Bol vyšľachtený moderné, krajšie waleský pony.
Popis plemena waleský pony
Toto plemeno sa vyznačuje malou, krátkou, ale ušľachtilú hlavou (je tu patrný vplyv arabského koňa), vysoko nasadeným krkom a chvostom a veľkými pevnými kopytami ľubovoľnej farby (častá sú kopytá pruhovaná).
Chrbát je kratší a guľatý, kohútik menej výrazný, zadok je mierne sklonená a svalnaté, pliecko je dlhšia a šikmá, hrudník dostatočne mohutný. Nohy sú suché a pevné, postoj predných končatín býva posunutý vpred.
Plemenné znaky
Waleský pony sa najčastejšie vyskytuje vo farbe bielej, hnedej a hrdzavé. Strakáčmi nesmú byť registrovaní.
The Welsh Stud Book - Plemenná kniha pre waleskej poníkmi (založená r. 1901 vo Veľkej Británii, v Českej republike sa z nej vychádza) rozlišuje podľa veľkosti štyri skupiny Velšan:
sekcia A - waleský horský pony (Welsh Mountain Pony) - poníky do 122 cm. Títo poníky tvorí základ pre chov ostatných skupín;
sekcia B - waleský pony (Welsh Pony) - výška do 137 cm, obľúbený jazdecký pony;
sekcia C - waleský ponytypu kob (Welsh Pony of Cob Type) - mohutnejšie
(Prímes cudzej krvi pre zlepšenie exteriéru, kríženie waleského ponyho s kobe);
sekcia D - waleský kob (Welsh Cob) - vznikol krížením světšími plemenami, KVH nad 137 cm;
sekcia WPBR - osobitná skupina, tzv podielový velš (Welsh Part-Bred) - kone sminimálně 12,5% podielom registrovaných waleskej krvi, presná výška v kohútiku nie je predpísaná.
Charakteristika plemena waleský pony
Tento pony je veľmi spoľahlivý, obetavý, učenlivý, odolný, vytrvalý aj dostatočne temperamentné, preto je využívaný ako jazdecký poník pre deti.
Využitie
Waleský pony je vynikajúcim koňom pre jazdecké využitie a výcvik detí. Uplatňuje sa v drezúrnych aj skokových pony disciplínach (s ohľadom na jeho veľkosť je výborným skokanom).Velšští kone sekcie C a D sú úspešne využívané aj v záprahu a ako všestranní hospodárski kone. Vzhľadom k mohutnej stavbe tela waleského koba je tento vhodný i pre turistické jazdenie dospelých jazdcov. Kob sa tiež využíva ako poľovný kôň
